How is the allocation calculated?
The calculation uses condominium and unit data, consumption and the supplier’s tariff. Goccia applies configured bands and can account for occupancy. Statements show the result and individual charges.
Does it account for occupants?
Yes. Enter the occupants of each apartment and use that information together with consumption bands.
Can I enter my own tariffs?
Yes. Use, edit or add supplier tariffs. We can also configure your local tariff free of charge.
Can units have different types of use?
Yes. Assign a use category to each unit and connect it to the appropriate tariff category.
Does it run on Windows, iMac or Linux?
The currently available version runs on Windows. Contact us about other platforms before purchasing.
Does the licence need annual renewal?
Yes. The licence lasts one year from purchase and must be renewed to continue using the program. Renewal costs less than a new licence; see the price list.
What support is available?
Support covers Goccia, condominiums, tariffs and allocations by phone or email, with remote assistance when necessary.
Is my supplier’s tariff included?
Some tariffs are supplied. Add your own or ask us to configure it free of charge.
What can I do with the demonstration?
Enter your own data, calculate allocations and view statements. Printing and export are unavailable in the demonstration. Your data remains usable after purchasing a licence. No personal details are required to download it.
Is Goccia a complete condominium management system?
No. Goccia is dedicated to allocating water bills. It does not replace a condominium management application; assistance concerns Goccia and its allocations.
